How does it work?
1. Finding a Match
Once we receive a request for a developer from a scale-up, we are screening our resources for a potential match. We inform the chosen developers about the opportunity and confirm their interest and availability.
2. Evaluation Phase
The evaluation process consists of two stages. First, we assess developers in terms of skills, experience and personal interests. We send our assessment to the company. Secondly, the company does their own evaluation and decides on the candidate. The whole process is usually very short and efficient.
After the developer is selected and agreed to the working terms, the contract between the company and tigadevs is signed. The developer is integrated in the company's processes and becomes a part of their dev team, as well as he/she joins the tigadevs network and gets access to the network benefits.
